Common requests

• Account deletion: use the in-app delete-account flow, or email info@biographbook.com with the address on your account.
• Billing: include your order or Stripe receipt when you write so we can locate the charge quickly.
• Print orders: include the order ID and what looks wrong (photo crop, shipping, missing pages).

We typically reply within one business day. For active commissions, your Biograph contact remains your primary point of communication.
